Newcastle LLM Scholarships for International Students in Australia, 2016

University of Newcastle is offering scholarships for international students. Scholarships are available for pursuing Master of Laws (LLM) program in the Faculty of Business and Law.


The aim of the Scholarships are to enable and encourage academically able students from any nationality.

The University of Newcastle, informally known as Newcastle University, an Australian public university established in 1965, has its primary campus in Callaghan, a suburb of Newcastle, New South Wales.
Applicants must have undergraduate transcript.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing Master of Laws (LLM) program in the Faculty of Business and Law.

Study Subject(s): Scholarships are awarded in the field of Law.

Scholarship Award: These scholarships provide $2,000 for the student’s first semester in the program, and $2,000 for the student’s second semester in the program, provided scholarship criteria are met and payable after satisfactory academic progress has been demonstrated.

Eligibility: To be eligible to apply for this scholarship applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Be enrolled in the Master of Laws (LLM) program in the Faculty of Business and Law
-Be enrolled in the first year of the program of study
-Be enrolled full-time
-Not hold another scholarship for the same program
-Be an International student.
Nationality: International students can applyfor these LLM scholarships.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have undergraduate transcript.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
