KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Being the first point of contact for customers
•Taking bookings and keeping customers updated as to when their shipments will arrive
•Ensuring the correct shipment procedures are accurately carried out together with the production of all necessary documentation and associated data management.
•Dealing professionally, effectively and timely with all customer enquiries ensuring problem solving and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
To be successful in this role,
•Candidates must be able to display first class customer service skill.
•Good communication and organization skills with a keen eye for detail driving an excellence in operations
• Proactive approach and ability to work on your own initiative.
•Candidate must have experience working within the shipping or freight forwarding industries along with good knowledge of MS office and associated import/export documentation.
