The Alliance Française of Kampala is a non profit, apolitical, laic
and undisciminatory association falling within the juridiction of
ugandan private law. It welcomes almost 1500 students per year for
french as a foreign language (FLE) lessons, but also for french on
specific objectives (FOS) lessons, luganda, swahili, english.Applicants must be studying one of these subjects: environment, journalism, education, business, tourism.
Course Level: Scholarship is available for students pursuing bachelor or master’s degree programme.
Study Subject: Scholarship is available to study French subject as part of the studies at the university.
List of Subjects: The concerned study areas are: Journalism, Environment, Education, Business and Tourism.
Scholarship Award: The scholarships cover the
registration and tuition fees to the university where students are
admitted. The best student will be awarded and will get the possibility
of traveling to France. One session at the Alliance Française will be
organized for the grantees before September.

Eligibility: In order to be eligible, applicant must:
-To be a Ugandan citizen;
-To be studying one of these subjects: environment, journalism, education, business, tourism
-To be admitted at one of the concerned universities: Kyambogo,
Makerere, Kabale, KIU, International University of East Africa, MUBS,
Islamic University, Uganda Christian University or Muteesa I Royal
University;
-To be studying at bachelor or master’s degree level;
-To study French subject as part of the studies at the university.
Nationality: Ugandan citizen can apply for this scholarship

Entrance Requirement: Applicant must be studying at bachelor or master’s degree level.
